For those familiar with Go Nagai's seminal work Devilman, the name Miki Makimura is already quite familiar. Possibly an homage to the groundbreaking series from one of Japan's most beloved mangaka (or perhaps a coincidental real name), this Miki Makimura is credited with late Showa era erotic manga. Very little is known about the creator, but this blog provides a nice writeup on some of their works and provides some life background.
Bondage Wars is one of Miki Makimura's breakout works and was released in 1988.
