Over 800 photos of completed tattoos and artworks of ukiyoe used commonly in Japanese tattooing, this collection is aimed at furthering the appeal of tattooing as an artform to the general public. Previous publication of tattoos in Japan were often regulated to very limited print books and adult magazines.
