A very popular subculture magazine from the 90s and 2000s, Burst featured a wide variety of topics from tattooing and piercing to music and photography. This particular issue features the American war on terror with a very kitschy painting of Bush and Bin Laden, as well as bootleg clothing that popped up post-9/11 for the War on Terror. Also a nice feature on a business man with face tattoos, tattoo style shirts and High Times' Cannabis Cup 2001.
