Folk Art Tattoo Flash is a great collection of early paintings by Filipino tattooer Rosie, put together by Ed Hardy. Getting his start in Honolulu in the 1940s wartime boom of tattooing, Rosie had to learn to put tattoos on fast and efficiently. His shop became a gallery of his 100s of flash paintings, and these sheets eventually made their way into the hands of DEH.
