Back in the 1980s, everybody wanted to get into the American comics game. Harley Davidson came out with this issue as a promotional item in 1988, and probably had dreams of putting out many more. After all, one of their former logo designers, Greg Irons (rip) was heavily involved in the underground comics world. Sadly, this was both the premiere and last issue for Harley.
Comic is in fine to very fine condition with minimal but present wear.
