Jaguar Books (no relation) has a long history of publishing children's books, young adult comics and other fascinating, illustrated stories in Japan that go back to post-war Showa era. This Yokai art book collection, or Japanese Monster Encyclopedia, was originally released in the 1970s and first reprinted in 2016. Featuring artworks by the likes of Gojin Ishihara, Yoshitoshi, and many more, this book is packed with stuff from a variety of old books, magazines, comics and other fun oddities.
