Very first edition of Horiyoshi's World in hardcover and slipcase from 1983. In collaboration with Don Ed Hardy and novelist Akimitsu Takagi, this brilliant collection of Horiyoshi II (Tamotsu Kuronuma) and his tattooed clients as well as some information about the Japanese tattooed world.
Numbered edition 773 of 2000 printings.
Condition should be considered very good but not fine or excellent. Considerable wear to the cardboard slipcase and dust jacket, both of which are meant to protect the book. Hardcover binding is very nice with no pages slipping. This copy is very nice for its age.
