Very first edition of Horiyoshi's World Volume 2 in hardcover and slipcase from 1987. In collaboration with the Japanese Tattoo Institute, the second volume features more of Horiyoshi's photographed tattoo works, as well as paintings and outline illustrations for tattoo designs. This makes Volume 2 a highly coveted book.
Condition should be considered very good but not fine or excellent. Considerable wear to the cardboard slipcase and dust jacket, both of which are meant to protect the book. Hardcover binding is very nice with no pages slipping. Foxing on title page and minor foxing on edges, but rest of the book is very nice and clean.
