Kabuto - Buichi Terasawa (1988)

Two volume, oversized book set

Well known for his Cobra series and illustrating beautiful women, Buichi Terasawa got his start in comics under Tezuka Osamu in 1976. Certainly working for a master artist and his publication house gave Terasawa a fresh look at how to do comics professionally, but the artist made a name for himself in the 1980s using computer graphics and his skilled hand.

About Kabuto:

In the Tensho Era of Japan, 500 years ago, a man was born who defied the will of a demon; a man who had the gods of good on his side; a man destined to battle evil...his name was Kabuto. Somehow, Kuroyasha Douki, the vile Black Night Demon, escaped his prison in hell and returned to the earthly plane to wreak vengeance on the family-line of Kabuto.
