Capitalizing on the growing trend of horror and occult manga that was targeted at young women and girls at the time, Monthly Halloween (月刊ハロウィン) was a magazine that ran from 1986 through 1995 and featured original stories from some of Japanese comics most popular artists. Junji Ito, Akemi Matsuzaki, Udo Shinohara and many more contributed their works.
This August issue features manga from Takakazu Nagakubo, Yūko Kishi, Kobayashi Ponzu, Kiichi Nagayasu and more.
