From Million Publishing, SM Sniper was one of the company's many SM and erotic art magazines that dominated the 80s and 90s. A subsidiary of Taiyoh Tosho, Million Publishing published many different magazines and books that focused on erotic art and subculture news. Many tattoo related artists had their work first featured in these magazines.
