Autobiographical account of the wives of very well-known tattooists in Japan throughout the mid to late 20th century. The cover is Horicho's wife, and she has a full-color gallery at the beginning of the book. Black & white photos of women showing their tattoos, and you will recognize many of them from the Keibunsha series Japanese Tattoo Ladies.
This book is predominately a novel but does have some nice tattoo galleries inside. Cleanest copy I've ever come across, too!
