Beautifully organized book on the World of Tsukioka Yoshitoshi and his ukiyo-e paintings. Text is in Japanese but most of the book is comprised of full-color paintings. Very little wear is shown but some is present due to age and handling of book.
This book is great for collectors of premium and unique ukiyo-e art and history, as well as tattooers looking to construct full irezumi suits with unique themes.

This book was originally published in 1992. We have that version here. This is the 2010 re-release and the condition is very fine and resembles a like new, unread copy.
